Tezak Heavy Equipment Co Inc., a progressive, "cutting edge" contractor, has an immediate need for a loader operator who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have experience in mining operations, with an emphasis on loading aggregate.
Experience on other equipment (dozer, excavator, grader) will be looked at favorably. We are looking for dynamic, self-starters who take pride in producing quality work and want to join a winning team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate Heavy Equipment according to OSHA / MSHA Safety Regulations.
2. Should have a working knowledge of the equipment being operated.
3. Should have general mechanical knowledge of equipment and be responsible for minor repairs of equipment.
4. Competency and experience preferred on the following equipment: wheel loaders, dozers, scrapers, and excavators.
5. Successfully communicates verbally and in writing for necessary day-to-day operations and record keeping.
6. Demonstrates effective teamwork skills.
7. Capable of extended work hours.
8. Attend formal safety training and technical training seminars.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Loader Operator.
3. Good driving record.
