River Ridge Rentals is looking for someone to help maintain our properties and prepare them for guests and owners. We are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail, is a self-starter and is an exceptional problem solver. This job is full-time, year-round and does require weekends. In addition, this person will need to serve as the emergency on call contact a couple evenings per week.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparing homes for guests arrival, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Inspection homes after a guess departure including checking carefully for any damages.
Routine maintenance and repairs.
Hot tub maintenance.
Snow removal.
Communication with guests and homeowners.
Qualifications:
Legal to work in the U.S. with proper identification.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must be a self-starter who can manage their time well and stay on task.
Must be very thorough and able to follow through and follow up.
Personable and compassionate to homeowners and guests needs.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work indoors and outdoors, in all weather.
Able to work day, night, weekend, & holiday shifts as needed.
We pay a fair salary as well as an annual bonus based on the overall performance of the company; we also provide medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401k with matching, and a ski pass (when applicable). A company vehicle and cell phone are supplied for work purposes.

Salary: $31,000 - $39,000 depending upon experience
