as part of the residences at Grand Hyatt Vail. This position oversees the management, maintenance, and housekeeping
departments & acts as an overall liaison between guests and owners. This
person must have a strong maintenance background with a knowledge of
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall repair, preventative maintenance
& snow removal. This position will require you to live on-property, all
housing will be covered at no cost to the candidate.Additional responsibilitiesincludeForecasting and Creating an annual HOA budget andresponsible for monthly billing and financial reporting
Responsible for Capital projects
Responsible for scheduling maintenance andhousekeeping
Work closely with and schedule sub-contractors
Negotiate maintenance and capital contracts
Champion the annual HOA and quarterly Boardmeetings
Schedule & Oversee all property maintenance

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and thorough understanding of guest services.
