POSITION: As a Shift Leader at Grassburger, you are to treat the restaurant like it is your own - being an example of right attitude, actions and care (customers, team and store) which are essential in this leadership role. You set the example of customer service, food quality, food safety and cleanliness that are the standards for Grassburger operations. You are responsible for ensuring that each shift is run successful according to the greater brand mission and values.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all of the operations of each shift through observing, modeling, directing and assisting the team to ensure preparation, service, customer service and cleaning is done according to Grassburger standards.
