Privately owned Physical Therapy practice seeking a dynamic team player for front desk.
Front desk knowledge and experience required. Must have an outgoing personality mixed with professionalism, attention to detail, and organization.
The front desk coordinator is the first point of contact for patients. The position is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments within the office, completing administrative processing (authorizations and verification) and reports and record keeping.
We are seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, bright and inquisitive and an excellent communicator.
The ability to support patients, answer their questions and lead them in directions to solve issues they may have, is essential.
Qualifications: Experience necessary Proficient computer and typing skills and software knowledge Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with formal training Will embrace inbound and outbound calling Able to work independently and take initiative Must be able to manage time Must be DEPENDABLE and looking for LONG TERM WORK!
