Description Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk position for a reputable manufacturing client in Avon. The candidate will be tasked with managing the financial processing of bills and invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and producing reports based on their findings.Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
Ensure all documents are recorded and filed accurately in the necessary ledgers or software.
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute payments.
Maintain tax forms and assist with internal audits.
Adequately respond to vendor inquiries.
Ensure adherence to company’s financial policies and procedures.
Liaise with the accounting team and participate in team meetings and discussions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years in an Accounts Payable role or similar position.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Like QuickBooks).
Strong analytical skills.
High attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
Superb communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
