JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Deployment Coordinator
Location: Berlin, CT 06037
Duration: 3 to 6 Months and possible extends

Job Summary:
The Deployment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the completion of a computer refresh project for
approximately 350 users across multiple sites over the course of 2 months.
Essential Functions:
Lead teams of subject matter experts to achieve committed project scope and performance.
Monitor and regularly report on progress of the project, risks, resource constraints, scope changes, and other variations to
project sponsor and stakeholders.
Escalate issues, risks, and gaps both internally and to clients as required to ensure execution of projects.
Ensure all projects meet overall objectives, quality and user requirements following company standards.
Work closely with other project team members.
Assist with work scheduling and assignments.
Coordinate and assign deployments to technicians
Create and track work tickets in ServiceNow.
Controls and tracks computer and peripherals inventory and tools.
Coordinate and track collection of old hardware
Ensure all asset records in the CMDB are updated appropriately.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; College degree in a related field is preferred.
2-4 years of project management experience, with a strong record of client satisfaction.
Proven experience managing relationships with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors.
Experience leading and managing projects with a track record of delivering on-time and on budget projects with high client
satisfaction.
Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Microsoft Office Suite: Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Excellent customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
ITIL Certification preferred but not required.
Experience in ServiceNow is preferred but not required.
Abilities and Skills:
Ability to travel to Bell Techlogix or client site locations
Ability to manage multiple concurrent issues with exceptional follow through.
Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams and report to multiple stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain product material to a variety of audiences at all levels of the business.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and must possess solid customer service skills.
Maintain a professional dress code and general appearance.
