The Community Living Support Professional 2 implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Individuals with direct care, residential care, day program, and human services experience strongly encouraged to apply! Must be CT DDS Med Cert to qualify!  Qualifications:Prior experience with working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. Ability to use technology.Must have knowledge of the DDS regulations for a Continuous Residential Home. Ability to work with a team, to provide the best support for the members in the home. High School/GED Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to transport members in personal vehicle“Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
