Description: Our client is currently seeking a Wireless Analyst

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Job Description

    - Look at the ServiceNow tickets for Wireless/Mobile requests

    - Login to ATT/Verizon portal to make mobile plan changes, phone/device upgrades etc

    - Manage the mobile inventory

    - Prepare and ship the mobile devices

    - Receive the returns and update inventory

    - Understanding of using a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
