Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for 2 motivated Desktop Support Technicians to join the infrastructure team at the largest healthcare system in Connecticut. In this role you will be responsible for installing, configuring and overseeing the maintenance of a variety of devices across 2 hospitals. Issues involve both software and hardware problems for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. It is expected that this person addresses a minimum of 10 tickets per day within a fast-paced healthcare setting. This person needs to have excellent client interfacing experience, they will be supporting employees desk-side and will be walking around the campus.
