Job DescriptionWith the current state of events this healthcare client is looking to build out their work force to support the contingency plan at each location as they will be allowing their current employees a level of flexibility that will take them out of the office. This person will be onsite 5 days a week and a 6 month rolling contract. This person needs prior hardware experience as they will be the main IT person at this location. The expectation of these folks is they will be used for project-based work along with their day to day work, such as builds and deployments on top of cleanup work. They also need to cover day to day support such as rounding, troubleshooting end user issues by working with a WOW (workstation on wheels) and moving around the hospital going from location to location resolving and documenting assigned tasks within the Remedy ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, energetic, and possess a go getter attitude. Attitude and customer service are very important in this environment as they will need to provide white glove assistance to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and Hospital staff. The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas. The Pharmacy Department at St. Vincent’s Medical Center consists of Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists who work together in a collaborative team environment meeting the needs of our patients.
