Provide the appropriate service and components to the assembly area.
Count incoming components by hand or scale, report and record shortages.
Verify all paperwork for accuracy and follow record retention policies for incoming and outgoing components.
Create and maintain accurate labels on all components stored in the area.
Read pick orders and select the correct items from shelves to fill orders accurately and quickly.
Update inventory counts using SAP software to receive, reverse, issue, and scrap components.
Perform physical inventory count and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Use computers and other technology to track components, manage inventory, update pick orders, and communicate with other departments.
Your Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Strong Attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
1+ years work experience in a similar role.
Prior experience as an order picker in a warehouse setting.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate Computer Skills - MS Office, Inventory control software.
Ability to adjust as procedures and policies change.
