Participates in the preparation of management reports, supports in documenting compliance activities, and may serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management or seek clarification on issues.includes:

Position reports directly to site Customer Property Manager

Responsible for compliance to contract requirements, regulations and UTC/Collins/Site policies and procedures for managing customer property

Responsible for the management of asset records. Ensure records are accurate and complete

Assist in the disposition process for customer owned assets. Creating schedules to obtain relief of stewardship and retire records of customer owned assets. Maintain logs and track status to ensure the process is complete

Assist in Subcontractor control of customer owned assets at the supply base. To include inventories, quarterly reporting and dispositions

Interface with functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. Primary communications and interface will be with Subcontractor Control and Contracts

Assist in the data collection for Quarterly reports.

Ensure data is structured and formatted to the requirements of our customers

Assist in the Rent Free Non-Interference Use requests of customer owned assets

Become proficient in current ERP system (SAP) and current property management system Sunflower.

Provide support to new property management system.

BA/BS degree or 3 years of related experience

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Writing VBA & Macros

VLOOKUP’s & conditional statements

Pivot Tables & Pivot reporting

Advanced formulas & Charts

Effective writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment and drive change.

Due to Program & Projects requirement, candidate must be a US Citizen.

Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance, if required.
