GREAT work environment and culture!This position will be responsible for calling on incoming leads, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the Outside Sales team to conduct. This role functions as a critical link between the outside sales team and customers, focusing on creating a robust sales pipeline and scheduling appointments for the outside sales team. Responsibilities: Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to support the outside sales team. Handle incoming leads and ensure they are appropriately qualified. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries and needs. Schedule appointments for the outside sales team, ensuring optimal time management. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments. Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and appointments. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain the highest level of customer service in all interactions. Contribute to the overall sales goals of the team by ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Fully onsite, in-office position 5 days per week onsite. 8a-5p schedule with some flexibilityFor immediate consideration, please apply today and/or email your resume to Drew.Schroll@RobertHalf com. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Inside Sales Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Proven ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively Strong skills in lead qualification and conversion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
