In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and dotted line to the President of the organization and you will be instrumental in streamlining recruitment strategies and processes in our organization. You will be expected to use various channels for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and participating in the selection process.Responsibilities: Collaborate with department managers to understand and compile a list of job requirements Design, implement, and manage recruitment strategies and procedures Utilize job boards, social media, and other technical platforms to source candidates for open positions Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews of potential candidates Participate in the final interviews and selection processes Evaluate applicants on their relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with selected candidates Ensure a smooth and professional experience for every candidate from application stage to the final offer Update and maintain job postings, applicant pool status, and recruitment progress reports Use CRM, Applicant Track System, and LinkedIn Recruiter for full cycle recruiting and sourcing. Requirements Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain and manage candidate information Experience with Cold Calling to source potential candidates Understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Familiarity with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes Proven ability in Recruitment - Sourcing to identify potential candidates Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and reaching out to candidates Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively.
