The Group Facilitator is responsible for facilitating group therapy at the RTC and Inpatient level of care. The Group Facilitator participates in de-escalation or crisis intervention when necessary. The facilitator communicates pertinent information to the primary treatment team as needed.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with Clinical Manager, Program Coordinator, Executive Director and other professional staff to help develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatmentFacilitation of clinical groupsParticipating and supporting patient mealsEnsure documentation timeframes follow state and payer requirementsAttends weekly treatment team and/or clinical meetingsServes as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment teamParticipates in company training, webinars, and related meetingsKnowledge and adherence to HIPAA privacy rulesAny other job-related responsibilities as assigned by SupervisorThis is a full time position working 11 AM - 7PM Monday-Friday, For a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at centerfordiscovery.com.
