BOOKKEEPER
KJA is a 50 year old Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm located in Southington, CT. Our bookkeeper/office receptionist is retiring after a decade of service. We are looking for a bookkeeper with at least 12 months' experience to run the accounting as a fulltime employee. Small informal office flexible environment with benefits.
You will be responsible for managing:
Payroll with ADP (about 10 persons)
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Monthly reports coordinated with CPA firm next door
General administration tasks
