Core duties and responsibilities:

Maintenance coordination: Receive, track, and process maintenance and repair requests, communicating with tenants about the status of their issues and coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors.
Communication management: Handle communication through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person interactions, and keep a professional record of all interactions.
Tenant retention: Work to maintain good relationships with current tenants, which can involve proactively addressing their needs and using feedback to improve services.
Leasing support: Assist with leasing duties, which can include showing properties, managing the application and lease administration process, and helping to minimize vacancy periods.
Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing tenant files, and processing paperwork.
Financial assistance: Help with tasks like rent collection, managing late payments, and addressing tenant-related billing discrepancies.
