The part time position of Guest Services Associate focused on assisting the guests at our beautiful retreat and conference center.
Duties include but are not limited to;
Check ins and check outs
Store sales
Answering the phone
General concierge services,
Check meeting rooms and Guest Bedrooms for readiness
Light maintenance such as changing lightbulbs, plunging toilets
Tidying & Cleaning public restrooms
Tidying all public spaces (foyer, lobbies, sitting areas, fitness room, etc)
Turning lighting on/off
Empty trash & recycling at front desk and in lobby when needed
Participate in employee meetings and trainings
Utilize shift checklist
Utilize Comm Log
Assist other departments as needed
Skills needed:
At least one year of Customer Service or Hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills
Dependable
Flexible to work schedules as needed
Punctual
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow direction and follow through on assignments
Able to work with checklists
Strong English communication skills
Willingness to take direction from multiple department sources
Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment when observing something needs to be taken care of
Ability to move small furniture, such as chairs, folding tables, easels
Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Regularly use hands to operate computer and office equipment
Regularly required to walk, talk, and hear
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
