Looking for a responsible, trustworthy Personal Assistant. Job requirements will vary depending on business and family needs, so must be flexible with work hours.
Requirements:
Must be able to work Part-Time
Hours(Varies, depending on time flexibility)
Book travel arrangements for business/family (air/hotel/car)
Assisting with daily personal errands
Will also assist our mailing dept. with incoming/outgoing mail
On occasion may have to travel within cities if needed
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Discretion and confidentiality since you will be dealing with personal/business accounts
