The Area Leader of Training (ALT) is a field-based leader who directly supports Restaurant Training efforts for a specific market and is a critical part of the Area Business Unit support team. This leader is primarily responsible for the execution of Raising Cane's training standards within their restaurants as well as providing strategic support for wider training initiatives, partnering with the Area Business Unit Leader. While remaining restaurant-focused, this leader serves as both an ambassador for Raising Cane's culture, as well as an expert in the field of training and development.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing, and lifting. It also includes working both inside and outside in varied temperatures, with and around food products and common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products, and requires use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities necessary to complete the job function. Primary Responsibility – Restaurant TrainingSupports and impacts the business through three key pillars; Crew Training, Manager Training and Internal DevelopmentEnsures restaurants execute the highest level of training standards for crewmembers and managers through high-level restaurant engagement and analysis of ongoing performanceConducts and documents restaurant visits to evaluate training needs and identify operational support needsLeads and validates execution of restaurant Advanced Crew & management training programsFacilitates training classes including ServSafe and Train the Trainer programsIdentifies, develops and supports the certification and annual re-certification of Training RestaurantsOwns the internal development of all restaurant crew (including management teams) through both direct and indirect engagementSupports New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training performance through a high-level strategic engagement, partnering with the Area Leader of GrowthSecondary Responsibility – Partnership with Area Business Unit LeaderPartners with the Area Business Unit Leader on how to support restaurant performance through the identification of training needs and implementation of corrective actionsProvides regular business updates and analysis of restaurant training performanceBuilds strong cross-functional relationships within the Area Business Unit TeamWorks closely with restaurant recruitment to match current and future growth opportunities with internal candidates ready to fill those roles

Job Summary: The Telemetry Center Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) is responsible for the daily operations of the Centralized Monitoring Unit (CMU). This role oversees a team of 10 Central Monitor Technicians (CMTs) and ensures the efficient functioning of the department. The CMU monitors ECG telemetry and other hemodynamic parameters for nearly 300 patients at any given time. This is a non-direct care position ideal for a skilled RN looking to make a significant impact on patient care and staff development. Oversight of Daily Workflow: Manage and supervise the daily activities of CMTs to ensure optimal workflow. 2. Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the expert in cardiac and physiological monitoring, providing guidance and support to the team. 3. Education and Training: Deliver training on department protocols and policies, ensuring staff are well-informed and competent. This is done collaboratively with and at the direction of the CMU Nurse Educator. 4. Shift Transitions: Facilitate smooth transitions between shifts to maintain continuity of care. 5. Daily Huddles: Lead daily LEAN Huddles to discuss unit initiatives and provide updates as directed by the Nurse Manager. 6. Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between the CMU and inpatient clinical staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 7. Staffing Management: Oversee daily staffing for the department and manage any staffing changes for upcoming shifts. 8. Process Improvement: Engage in process improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based best practices related to cardiac monitoring. 9. Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the CMU leadership team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes related to cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring. 10. Staff Development: Teach, coach, and mentor staff, promoting the HHC Mission and Core Values. BS degree required; MSN preferred. One degree must be in Nursing. Exceptions to the educational requirement will be evaluated on an individual basis. For example, a strong candidate in the process of completing the educational requirement will be considered. Continued progress toward completion of the educational requirement within five years will be required. Minimum one-year nursing and telemetry experience Current RN CT License. Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician [CRAT] or equivalent preferred. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to process improvement and evidence-based practice. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
