Job DescriptionAs a Delivery Consultant for the Upgrade Center, you are often the face of Cerner to clients. You communicate, collaborate and work to design and customize clients’ new or updated computer systems.Much of your time will be spent communicating with and supporting clients. As you help maintain and upgrade their system you foster strong relationships, empowering them to see how technology can save lives, decrease errors, and reduce wasteful spending. Your end goal is to support clients through Cerner upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance, which can include system testing, troubleshooting, issue management, training, and go-lives.Your work is usually accomplished by working remotely with clients. However, depending upon the team you are assigned, travel may warrant onsite time with your assigned clients, which may include up to 20% travel.Career Level - IC1ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities displayed in the job posting:As a Delivery Consultant you will work directly with our clients and be required to access their domains, determine what functionality they are utilizing, create and execute test scripts, communicate results, and utilize troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.Basic Qualifications:

At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience

Bachelor’s degree

General Expectations:

Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
