Follow all General Work Requirements to maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.Accurately complete logs, discrepancy reports, and modification notices.Transport aircraft to assigned locations as needed.Install test equipment on aircraft for both ground and in-flight troubleshooting or Functional Test Procedures (FTPs).Remove and install Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) as part of ongoing maintenance and upgrades.Perform avionics and electrical preflight inspections to ensure aircraft readiness.Remove, replace, or repair electrical wiring and harnesses in accordance with engineering instructions and modification notices.Support aircraft preparation for Electrical and Avionic FTPs, including interior system setups.Assist with aircraft launch and recovery from flight operations.Help troubleshoot pre- and post-flight discrepancies related to avionics and electrical systems.Ensure compliance with time-sensitive equipment regulations (e.g., air data computers, communication systems, standby airspeed indicators, and altimeters) per 14 CFR (FARs) guidelines.Remove protective equipment and install final aircraft components to meet delivery and airworthiness standards.Remove and reinstall aircraft panels to prepare for certification inspections, and perform necessary avionics and electrical repairs post-inspection.Assist in troubleshooting and repairing avionics and electrical systems before and after functional testing—this may include component-level repairs when required.
