Cashiering and balancing cash receipts;

Assist with Dining room supplies inventory control (includes makingorders in advance andcommunicating delivery delays to the Director or Assistant);

Assist with cleaning kitchen, dining room, and stores

Participate in the teardown and set up of the kitchen;

Responsible for the care of the dining room:

Prepare, dispense, and sell hot and cold beverages and othermerchandise, i.e. coffee, juices, espresso, cappuccino, and softdrinks;

Sell food by the weight and/or by the unit to the Assigned

Employees and any person that is not a Cirque€™s touring employee;

Clean up coffee area, cash register area, service line and diningroom area;

Clean up tables, chairs and floor in the dining room and terrace;

Fill up soft drinks, juices, and yogurt in the pastry refrigerator;

Clean and fill condiments, i.e. salt, pepper and sugar shakers;

Handle dining room inventory control;

Change garbage bags;

Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by additional Cirque

Kitchen Manager and Head-Chef staff

Available shifts:Shift timings -1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) & WeekendsJob requirements:

Knowledge and experience in cash machines;

Understanding of cash reconciliation;

Perform tasks quickly and efficiently;

A clean background check (Criminal Background check);

Good manners;

Must be honest, punctual, and reliable;

Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance;

Experience with cappuccino machines is an asset;

Good knowledge of English and the language of the Market;

Availability for the whole city duration.
