The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams and driving successful go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment.Related to marketing strategy and execution, you will
Lead a small team of experienced marketers in the creation of the end-to-end marketing strategy inclusive of:
Key segment personas and value propositions
Campaign development and messaging
Overall execution to deploy campaigns from awareness through to consideration and conversion; utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns
Compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, website content, customer references, email campaigns, and social media initiatives
The development and management of review sites, communities, and client references
Partner with Product/Tech teams on insights that address customer pain points
Assess and maintain a pulse on competition ensuring our solution remains relevant and differentiated
Related to partners and partner programs, you will
Work closely with existing team member responsible for overall commercial partnership strategy, but your focus will be to determine the marketing arrangement with those partners (i.e., rev share, co-marketing, pay per lead, etc.) and then activate those partnerships to drive the marketing benefit
Develop and activate additional partner marketing opportunities (i.e. affiliates)
Develop our overall marketing around partner opportunities we are open to and offer, developing content on our website and enablement materials for partner outreach.
Related to the overall sales channel strategy
Aligned to the total business goals, you will determine the overall approach with each of our channels – from marketing to partners to sales
Partnering will sales ops, you will set the overall quota and targets for sales team and be accountable for driving needed pipeline to achieve goals
You will actively partner with each channel owner to ensure effectiveness and synergies for how each channel works together for maximum impact
You have
7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or Go-to-Market roles
3+ years in a leadership role, building and managing a marketing organization with superior ability to recruit, retain, and motivate our existing team and future talent
Experience partnering closely with sales leadership and an understanding of the connection between demand/ lead generation and revenue growth
Strong understanding and prior experience of shipping logistics, e-commerce, and/or B2B SaaS products
You are
Comfortable owning deliverables, working collaboratively, and influencing teams to deliver high quality, fast paced output
An excellent communicator
