Job Family :Finance & Accounting ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 10%Clearance Required :Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do :You will be a part of a large 100+ person Project Management Office (PMO) team supporting a financial system modernization effort for a large Federal Government customer. As a member of the PMO, you will work hand-in-hand with the system integration and data conversion vendors to track, oversee and help improve their implementation processes and ensure adherence to best practices and strategic plans. Support preparing Weekly Cost Accounting Reports for the entire program, to include costs across all phases of the program Support providing a weekly ABC Labor Tracking Report in Microsoft Excel file format template detailing each practitioner’s time spent on each ABC activity Provide program support to program's Stakeholders across the agency Develop for Government approval an internal control review program, including internal audit plan, execution, and delivery of necessary reports, which shall identify recommended areas of improvement. Support the program by assisting in developing metrics that involve different areas of the operations that measure system and program performance when the data becomes available Produce an Annual Enterprise Audit Report considering each wave delivered throughout the year to ensure enterprise internal controls are still maintained. Ensure that effective controls are in place for the financial and programmatic management of the program Support the coordination of Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Internal Control tasks, statuses, briefings, governance boards, work products, and deliverables Coordinate with the Organizational Change Management teams to support the completion of the documentation of current target-state controls, as well as required updates to future state controls documentation Provide assistance in cultivating framework in furtherance of its continuing efforts to implement OMB Circular A-123, Management’s Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Develop and map the Control Framework for the environment to the appropriate process owners, controls owners, and control performers Update and deliver a Prioritized Risk Plan detailing dependencies between financial systems and their interfaces to identify risks to confidential, integrity, and availability inherent in the technical solution and transmission of data Support the Government in the assessing the design and effectiveness of controls in ensuring that the information technology infrastructure support the completeness, accuracy, and validity of information processing through control walkthroughs Support the Government in monitoring process deficiencies and process performance to confirm sustained success and prevent process exceptions or degradation Develop an overarching Acquisition Business System 5-year strategic plan with objectives regarding coordinated governance, rules of engagement/reviews, and Program Management capacity Develop roadmaps linking business systems, identifying dependencies, outliers, and gaps Facilitate enhancement of Acquisition Management Program and develop plans to replace legacy acquisition business systems and toolsWhat You Will Need :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Analysis or Statistics
U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
2+ years of experience in project management / management consulting.
Experience using Microsoft Office Products and related applications.
Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mind-set.
Ability to develop strong team and client relationships.

The annual salary range for this position is $67,400.00-$134,800.00.
