NPosition Type ManagementThis is a temporary position.The Senior Director, Experience Design & Innovation will lead projects focused on defining a future state experience for customers and associates. They will report to the VP, Experience Design + Innovation and collaborate with a cross-functional team of associates to assess, design and document recommendations around the Marriott Bonvoy program for senior executives. They will need to be comfortable leading teams throughout the entire experience design and innovation journey, beginning with external and internal stakeholder research, and then evolving to insight generation and synthesis, business strategies and experience design principles, concept development (visual, physical, brand development), user testing and validation, and ultimately a point of view and recommendation for the organization.
