Are you ready to go beyond?What You Will Do:This is a security management position providing leadership to global management personnel in design, implementation, and maintenance of strategic global and integrated site security mitigation systems and technology. Responsible for global design and control of processes, procedures and strategy for which the incumbent has clear ownership and direct accountability.This position that reports to the leadership of Global Security.The person in this role will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing physical security, fire & life safety mitigation measures including but not limited to access control systems (i.e Enterprise Lenel OnGuard operations), closed circuit television, (CCTV), alarm systems, and reporting systems; as well as developing standardized protocols for site integration under the leadership of each location security designee and/or consultative support to disparate systems. You may also brief senior and executive management on the status of technology both internal system and industry relevant updates, or participate in and/or handle extremely sensitive or high-profile projects that may result cost savings or other efficiencies. In addition, this position will recommend, maintain the vendor lifecycle management and relationship management of services of, and ensure KPIs of contractors conducting technology services. This position works closely with the staff of the Facility Services, Legal Services Division, EH&S, other enterprise security related groups, and other process partners and business units in every region. This position is accountable for the development, implementation, and continuous assessment global technology including forecasting five-year technology roadmaps with flexibility for affordability and risk.Seeks to raise awareness within the company across security, fire and life safety teams surrounding the capability and efficient use of security mitigation technology. At times, this may include training for site security designees. This position must possess an operational knowledge and maintain oversight for security, fire and life safety technology systems (access control, cameras intrusion detection) as aligned with applicable laws. This position operates in a highly matrixed environment with autonomy to act; manages cross-divisional projects; and exhibits a high degree of influence to gain support. May manage cross-functional teams comprised of members from other areas in order to design, develop and deliver services with the businesses of the enterprise. Project leadership includes identifying opportunities, business and project risk assessment, defining and financially justifying projects. Manages the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the goals, objectives, and metrics are being met. Monitors external developments including but not limited to best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance the overall program. This position provides support to the Director of Security in the development and management of the capital and expense budget for security operations forecasting resource needs. This position requires a minimal amount of travel; up to 15% of work time.Qualifications You Must Have:
Advanced degree and 7+ years of experience in Fire & Life Safety, Law Enforcement, Security, Trade Compliance or Military service; OR Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; OR In lieu of a college degree, we will consider 15+ relevant industry experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Active USG Secret Clearance
Experience with a major law enforcement, fire & life safety, intelligence, public service, or private sector security organization.
Demonstrated record of leading and executing compliance and risk mitigation programs.
Broad management and leadership experience, leading project teams and direct reports.
Knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior management and customers.
The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
