Work EnvironmentStandard manufacturing environment. Steel toes, safety glasses, and regular work jeans are required. The noise level can be loud in the assembly department when certain tools are being used. Trailers are lightweight due to aluminum being used. Candidates must be comfortable working in a shop environment and in a team setting, as the assembly line relies on each person to maintain the pace.Employee Value Proposition
