Job DescriptionAs a Program Manager for customer success, you will drive end-to-end success of critical customers and partners that use and extend the Oracle Health platform solutions. Defining and driving the growth and satisfaction critical metrics for strategic customers and partners

Driving platform improvements based on prioritized customer needs.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to create innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Driving go-to-market pipelines for future strategic customers and partnerships

Identify risks and dependencies and keep stake holders updated.

Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meets customer needs.

Ability to represent Oracle Health Data Intelligence Platform's capabilities at events and conferences and engaging with customers.

What does success look like?To excel as a Customer Success Program Manager, strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be guiding teams and partners towards a shared vision. Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making are vital for understanding customer needs, identifying platform gaps, and making informed recommendations for future innovations. Adaptability and a customer-first attitude are crucial, as the market landscape is constantly evolving, and customer satisfaction is paramount. Furthermore, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends will enable you to use innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.Ultimately, being a successful Customer Success Manager involves a combination of critical thinking, empathy for customers, effective collaboration, and a passion for delivering exceptional products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Basic Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience as a Customer Solution Architect, or similar role.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Customer-centric approach and understanding of user needs.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with web application development and user-centered design

Experience with building and shipping products on any Cloud platform like OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP

Data analytics, AI/ML, prototyping and automation.

Healthcare/Health Management background.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
