Pricing Analyst
Personal Lines Product, Pricing DeliveryPosition DescriptionOverview of the PositionThis position supports profitable growth for our client's Personal Lines Auto and Home products by delivering high-quality product changes to our customers. We are looking for someone with strong communication and time management skills, with a desire to continuously improve established processes and to creatively solve new problems.Responsibilities

  • Update rate and rule manuals with proposed changes, compile and submit filing exhibits for state regulators, and partner with IT to deploy product changes into market.
  • Participate in countrywide projects, class plan enhancements or maintenance of complex product features.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with state pricing and product management, countrywide product management, technology, operations, data science, compliance and legal organizations.
  • Work as a team to continuously challenge and improve the capabilities of the organization, including process improvements, documentation and quality measures.

Experience & Skills
  • Four year degree preferred
  • 1-3+ years of experience in insurance/financial service sector preferred, familiarity with Personal Lines products a plus
  • Attention to detail with strong time and project management skills
  • Driven, intellectually curious, passionate, resourceful and creative
  • Proactive individual, who challenges existing processes, can influence others and drive a process to a conclusion while meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
