Job Family :Technology ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 10%Clearance Required :Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do : Perform an assessment of existing strategy and program management plans and provide recommendations for improvement Support the update and drafting of program management plans, standards, and procedures in alignment with the scaled agile framework and the process improvement approach Review and provide a recommendation to the Government on its existing communication of status of the overall project and each specific wave Review and provide a recommendation to the Government on its existing knowledge management approach Provide coaching and advisory support on the utilization of the Scaled Agile Framework Review and update the Program Governance Plan to include an organizational and decision hierarchy model to facilitate coordination between project and program leadership Review and make recommendations to the existing Risk Management and lessons learned process and align it with the scale agile framework Provide Scrum Master program to support Agile Teams during and after implementation and ensure that Agile process is being followed and remains coordinated with sustainment after go-live Assist with program management of technology components of environment including advising on technology strategy, automation, cyber security, design and implementation of program-enabling technologies, continual service improvement, operational analytics, and human-centered design Work closely with Multiple Product Management, Development, QA, and other stakeholders on planning and delivering high-quality software using an agile/scrum framework Facilitate scrum ceremonies for one or more scrum teams including the daily standup, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives Understand the product and technology well enough to support the project, identify and communicate risks, and facilitate issue resolution Ensure the team has a clear understanding of the quality of the software they are developing and is constantly working to improve that quality. Provide and track agile metrics as it relates to scrum team predictability and productivity with an eye toward continuous improvement Leverage critical thinking skills and coaching them through scrum teams to ensure consistency. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency through consistent communication between team and program level along with critical stakeholders Drive a collaborative and supportive team culture through team building and engagement practices Act as a backup for other Scrum Masters and Management teams as required. Have exceptional ability to foster and maintain a positive and creative work environment for teams including dealing with conflict within the team. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organization and time management skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat You Will Need :
5+ years of prior direct experience
Experience supporting Contractor key personnel involved with facilitating team-level work including supporting wave task and team leads
Certified Scrum Masters (CSM) certification
Agile training (verifiable)
Bachelor's degree
US Citizen
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Master's degree
Prior experience within or supporting the VA
Experience working with Momentum or another SaaS ERP Product
The annual salary range for this position is $67,400.00-$134,800.00.
