Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Position PurposeProvides strategic and operational guidance to for quality, risk management, safety, patient experience and clinical analytics at all hospitals and clinics within THOfNE. Develop and implement the quality plan and identify ongoing opportunities for improvement based on quality outcomes, trends in safety/risk events, publicly reported data. Lead the development of short and long-term strategic and tactical plans, setting of priorities, allocation of resources, and development of relevant policies and procedures. Routinely collaborate with Operational Excellence, providers, nursing, other clinical departments, regulatory and leaders. Oversee the work of quality managers at each hospital, a regional manager for risk management and the manager of clinical analytics.What you will do

Work in collaboration with Decision Support to the collection, analysis, and reporting of data that leads to an information rich environment

Facilitate implementation and communication of tools, systems, and policy changes to improve the safety of care

Oversee the work of risk management team investigations of near misses and serious adverse events, identifies trends, and conducts root cause as well as failure mode analyses

Organize, manage, and communicate focused organizational goals and initiatives to ensure a consistent, positive patient experience throughout the Region

Utilize measurements of quality and productivity to evaluate systems and staffing

Identify and develop strategic and tactical plans for specific areas of responsibility and the overall organization

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree required. MS in healthcare administration or clinical areas; MBS, MHA, MPH or related

10 years of previous job-related experience with at least 5 years of progressive managerial responsibility required

Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean preferred
