DescriptionThe Creative Group is looking for a Sitecore Business Analyst to join a client in Hartford, CT! Please e-mail melanie.martinez@creativegroup.com for an immediate response!As a Sitecore Business Analyst you will use your background in Sitecore CMS, services, components, add-ons, and integration points to help our client determine how best to leverage the Sitecore platform to achieve its plans for their digital initiatives.You will use analytical skills and problem solving in order to understand how citizens and businesses interact with our client’s websites and applications, develop use cases and translate these into technical objectives and milestones.Requirements Demonstrable experience in BA or PO role delivering Sitecore solutions Sitecore Certification preferred but not essential Experience working in at least 2 verticals Familiar with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (Service Focus) Preferred experience in public sector or on public sector projects End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project Able to understand high level business ideas, impact assess and break them down (user stories) to assist with service design and delivery Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with distributed teamsAt TCG, we’re committed to you from the moment you sign up.
