Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in a vibrant casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Lead and train bar staff in bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and customer service excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Develop creative drink menus that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service between food production and beverage offerings.
Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending or bar management within a casual dining setting.
Strong knowledge of food service operations and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management related to bar operations.
Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
