Bread Baker & Line Cook

We are currently hiring for a line cook & bread baker for our two fast-paced restaurants in Springfield, MA. We serve breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Saturday.

BAKER’S POSITION: 3 am – 10 am. Monday through Saturday.

Must have experience. Please list the experience that you have as it relates to this position.

All of our products are made fresh daily from scratch ingredients.

APPLICANT MUST:

NECESSARY Must be Punctual and reliable.

Physically fit: you must be able to lift 50lbs, Stand for 8+ hrs.

Comfortable working with large ovens and mixers

Must be able to work independently.

Have hands on professional cooking/food preparation experience.

Follow recipes and detailed instructions

Be able to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve.

Be a team player.

LINE COOK POSITION: 9 AM – 3 PM Monday thru Saturday. Hours may vary slightly.

Must have experience. Competitive hourly wage plus tips. Please list the experience that you have as it relates to this position. All of our products are made fresh daily from scratch ingredients.

Duties include: Preparing and cooking food to order (sauteing, grilling, and frying). Stocking and setting up kitchen stations, washing and cleaning cooking utensils and equipment. Ensuring that kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

We also cater which would include occasional night and weekend hours.
