We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general cooking techniques with a willingness or existing knowledge of Indian cuisine. This role requires a keen eye for plating and presentation, ensuring each dish is served to perfection. The successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA and ready to embark on a culinary journey that blends traditional and modern Indian cooking styles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the kitchen manager, with a specific focus on Indian cuisine.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and master the art of Indian cooking, including the use of traditional spices and cooking methods.

Ensure the presentation and plating of dishes meet the high standards of our kitchen before serving.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and improve menu offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook, with a strong interest in specializing in Indian cuisine.

A culinary degree or equivalent experience in the food service industry.

Creative and open to learning new cooking techniques and recipes.

Exceptional understanding of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

A team player with excellent communication skills.
