Executive Chef or Sous Chef

Beachland Tavern is looking for an executive chef. Salary and benefits will be based on prior experience. At least 5 years experience running a busy kitchen is a requirement. Other job requirements: maintaining food cost, ordering, scheduling, training/ hiring/ firing a staff of 20, catering or banquet experience, menu and daily special planning, ability to cook at all stations.
