Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for creating delicious dishes. If you are a culinary enthusiast with a knack for menu planning and food preparation, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

- Ensure the kitchen meets all food safety and sanitation standards

- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Saute Line Cook or relevant position

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Understanding of food handling and safety guidelines

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
