With locations in Avon and West Hartford, we’re known for our naturally leavened breads, prepared foods, and a team that leads with kindness and hustle.We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and passionate Part-Time Prep Cook to join our Avon team and support our growing prepared food program.What You’ll Do: Assist in daily food prep for our grab-and-go, café, and prepare menu items to order. Follow recipes and prep lists with precision and efficiency Portion, label, and organize ingredients and prepared items Keep a clean and organized prep station and kitchen area Support team members with kitchen and bakery tasks as needed Practice food safety and sanitation at all times You’re a Good Fit If You: Have previous kitchen or prep experience in a fast paced environment Are detail-oriented, clean, and organized Work well independently and as part of a team Communicate clearly and respectfully Are reliable and take pride in a job well done Bonus Points If You: Have ServSafe certification (if not, we'll help you get it!)
