Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments using our scheduling software.
Complete billing on time
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing and payment questions.
Manage the office calendar and coordinate with the dental team.
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist, especially in a dental or medical setting, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in dental office management software (e.g., Opent dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) or willingness to learn is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
