We are a modern, fast-paced, high-tech solo general dental practice seeking a skilled, motivated Dental Assistant who wants to be part of a high-performing, professional team. Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
CEREC experience (Primescan scanning, design, and milling workflow)
Eaglesoft proficiency (charting, scheduling, treatment planning, notes)
Solea Laser familiarity (or ability to learn quickly)
Strong chairside assisting with restorative, surgical, and prosthetic procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Additional Responsibilities
We are a team-oriented practice. The ideal candidate is flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed, including:
Assisting the hygienist
(X-rays, room setup, sterilization, perio charting, patient comfort)
Front desk support when needed
Greeting patients
Answering phones
Scheduling
Checking patients in/out
Helping maintain smooth office flow

Compensation
$28–$38 per hour
Based on experience with CEREC, Solea, CBCT, and overall skill level.
