Responsibilities encompass:
Can work one day weekly in weekends and late hours.
Computer savvy to mange booking software and social media
Conducting phlebotomy procedures
Perform EKG
Warmly greeting and assisting patients upon their arrival
Facilitating new patient intake via digital software and addressing inquiries
Offering guidance on procedures, pricing, and products
Engaging in service sales
Managing inventory tracking and entering them in the system daily
Escorting patients to examination rooms and capturing medical images
Providing procedural quotes to patients
Addressing queries regarding post-treatment care instructions
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
Arranging patient appointments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Proficiency in front-facing patient roles
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Quick adaptability to new tasks and processes
