What You’ll Do:
Build and install custom decks, framing, and outdoor structures
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Operate power tools and carpentry equipment safely
Work independently and as part of a team on residential projects
Requirements:
2+ years of carpentry experience preferred
Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in various outdoor conditions
