Cutting Edge Installations is a fast-growing commercial epoxy flooring company based in Enfield, CT. We are looking for skilled epoxy flooring installers to join our team. Position: Epoxy Floor Installer
Experience Preferred – 3+ years of epoxy floor/wall installation (concrete polishing experience a plus).
Responsibilities
Prepare and properly install epoxy flooring and wall systems
Safely operate shot-blasting machines, grinders, and other surface-preparation tools
Follow DOT and OSHA standards for safety and compliance
Work on a variety of projects, including state and government sites
Collaborate with other trades and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of trade experience in epoxy installation
OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 150 lbs occasionally
Comfortable with frequent standing, kneeling, or squatting for long periods
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Strong initiative, high energy, and team-player mindset
Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug test
