We need handyman resources with plumbing knowledge, to support our 100+ units located in the Connecticut state.
We are looking for a reliable handyman capable of performing all duties. This is a 1099 position (independent contractor), not a direct hire. Certificate of Insurance (COI) with “General Liability 1/2” coverage is a plus but not required.
