We are seeking a full time skilled maintenance technician to join our team for our busy Property Management Co. in the Greater Hartford area. Experience in apartment turnover preferred but not required.
Requirement should include:
-- Experience painting interiors walls/ceilings including preparation of sheetrock
-- Lifting of 5 gallon paint buckets and appliances
-- Climbing and working on a ladder
-- Building maintenance with a general knowledge of many building trades including some skill with plumbing, electrical, ceramic tile etc...
-- Must be willing to help with snow removal
-- Must be able to help with occasional overtime work as needed
-- Must pass a background check
-- Must have a dependable vehicle and drivers license
