A midsize law firm with a national footprint has a need for a Litigation Attorney in Hartford. In this role youwill work in a litigation capacity, representing mortgage servicer and investor clients in foreclosure, title and general real estate litigation, including consumer claims directly against the firm’s clients. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in Connecticut state court. Exposure to CT mortgage foreclosure law is preferred. Work is hybrid with 3-4 days in office/week.
