Job Description:
The Homecare Marketer will play a critical role in promoting ENAVI LLC’s services, building relationships with referral sources, and driving client acquisition. This position involves engaging with hospitals, senior care facilities, physicians, and community organizations to develop and maintain referral partnerships. The ideal candidate is a motivated, personable professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and the community.
Responsibilities:
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, and physician offices.
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to promote ENAVI LLC’s services within Hartford and surrounding areas.
Conduct presentations, attend networking events, and organize educational sessions to build awareness of ENAVI LLC’s services.
Communicate with referral sources to identify potential client needs and provide solutions through ENAVI LLC’s homecare services.
Regularly visit existing referral sources to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Track and analyze marketing activities, referral trends, and outcomes to adjust strategies and meet business growth objectives.
Collaborate with the ENAVI LLC team to align marketing efforts with service capabilities and client needs.
Represent ENAVI LLC at community events, health fairs, and other relevant gatherings to promote the agency’s mission and services.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client referrals in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in homecare marketing, healthcare sales, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with referral sources and community stakeholders
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills
o Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
o Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach and marketing visits
o Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
o Ability to pass a background check
o Knowledge of Hartford area healthcare facilities and community resources is a plus
