Tenant acquisition
Marketing: Advertising vacant units on various platforms, including social media and online listings.
Property tours: Showing available units to prospective tenants and highlighting property features.
Application processing: Screening applicants by conducting credit checks, verifying income and references, and collecting application fees.
Lease signing: Preparing and explaining lease agreements, negotiating terms, and ensuring all legal and property-specific requirements are met.
Other duties as assigned and needed.
